I was psyched when my very good friend and filmmaker/ photographer Chris Vongsawat (whose pictures have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Crain’s New York Business and Photo District News) asked me to join him and his roommates (Riotous New York City-based stand up comics Carmen Lynch (Last Comic Standing, Comedy Central) and Liz Miele (Live At Gotham, Comedy Central)) to shoot an episode of their quirky and hilarious weekly webseries, AptC3.
I could probably record a double-disc vocal album (not that anyone would want that…) comprised of all the past praises I’ve sung for Chris Vongsawat (I’d call it “The Eye” and, of course, Chris’ photography would be featured as the album cover art). I’ll spare everyone and just simply send over my many thanks to Chris, Carmen and Liz for the invitation to take part in such a terrific project – be sure to check out the rest of the AptC3 series at www.AptC3.com!

It’s been an incredible past few months – full of travel, training, and inspiration gathering – and the journeys continue! There are some really exciting projects in the works and on the horizon that I’ll be announcing in the coming weeks. Until then, stay tuned and please be well, friends!
Peace,
Sean
