Two-time Drama Desk nominee Ed Sylvanus Iskandar directs.
Here’s how Wild Root bills the reading: “Gloria, which has been cleverly adapted from Fitzgerald’s celebrated novel by rising young writer Daniel Mitura, tells the provocative story of a young man’s struggle to survive in an unforgiving world, and the love of a lifetime that made it all worth fighting for. Audiences who attend the evening will be the first to experience the new work. Mitura’s stage adaptation of Oscar Wilde’s ‘The Picture of Dorian Gray’ premiered to acclaim at Theatre Row in 2010.”
Lorraine Reyes is the associate producer.
